Rebounds – Conclusion

Sorry for the 2-week hiatus. 

Many of you are aware that I am in the Army. We were in the field for a week and then on a mission out of town. So that left me with 2 weeks of the chronicles undocumented. 

I hate that you weren’t there to see the day by day updates but I will summarize what has transpired. I was able to keep my fasting window in the field. It was as easy but I managed. I also walked A LOT A LOT A LOT. Like A LOT… 20-25k steps a day minimum. So, I’m sure that was a factor in the overall weight loss. 

I came back from the field weighing 258lbs, a 7lb loss. Then I spent a week out of town for work. I came back from that weighing 262llbs. Today I am back home and after the weekend I weigh 259lbs. so, depending on which of these we decide to use, I lost 8-10lbs in this 6-week timespan. 

On that note I am ending the chronicles and continuing on with normal blogs. I will have other similar chronicles as I experiment. I hope you will join me for them as well.
