Sunday was good to me. I ate earlier than I would like, however, I think this is something to be expected on Sundays and I should plan it into my routine. I took a recovery day. I did my mile jog but no other activity. I suspect this will be a big week physically so a rest was in order. 

Very little to share today. Things are going well. I hope to have more to add tomorrow.
