My scheduled allowed for some additional gym time today so I took advantage of that and decided to do a bench press workout. This went well and I broke after at 22 hours. I had a ceremony to attend that included food, so I used this as my meal time. I tried to prioritize protein, which wasn’t hard with the phenomenal chicken wing bar. There were some wraps and cake that I enjoyed as well. I made no attempt to count calories today but I did monitor ketone levels several times. I stayed in trace ketosis for the majority of the day. I am still uncertain why I haven’t moved a little deeper into higher numbers. It is not concerning at this point, more of a curiosity than anything else. 

Tomorrow I have a dinner planned within my window. So, I will try to work out in the early afternoon. My weight has dropped slightly this week. My Monday measurements are one of the guides that I am using, so I look forward to a successful weekend and hopefully lower numbers on that scan.
