Rebounds – Day 28

Very hungry day to close out the 4thweek of this chronicle. My weight hasn’t shifted much at all, but my clothes fit and appearance is much leaner. Several people have mentioned me looking thinner since I got here. Today was my lowest weight on the scale in 2 weeks. However, I feel much better which is a higher metric for me. My running, lifting, and physical capabilities are more important to me than the number on the scale. I will continue to monitor it. 

I had pizza today, 2 large slices of cheese followed up with garlic knots. I input the meal and was very unhappy with my protein content, so I had an order of wings to top off. This brought me to 3100 calories for the day. I also closed much earlier than I have recently. I was closed by 4pm, which may workout well. We are having a cookout at work tomorrow. I haven’t decided yet if I will eat and how much. Being in my window at meal time will help a lot with the decision. 

This morning we had a 5.5-mile ruck run as a group. It was a nice pace… I am sore but no concerns from it.
