This a mild day, I wouldn’t say I had extreme hunger pangs but I also didn’t feel completely comfortable in the fast. It was somewhere in the middle.  I started the day with a 4-mile group run, followed by a ton of sprints. I broke fast with doughnuts in celebration of a coworker’s birthday. This was at 21 hours fasted. I had a few doughnuts with them and nothing else for several hours. After work I went to a burger place, had a double and fries. I only ended up with 3385 calories total so I felt like it was a decent day on intake. 

I was at 0.9 mmol/L on ketones when I broke yesterday. This is still pretty mild. I am used to much higher numbers but I am satisfied with a positive reading for the majority of the day. I suspect that my decreased attention to liftin is a factor. I have shifted my workouts to a body weight focus in preparation for a fitness test. I believe this could be a factor in depleting glycogen at a slower rate.
