Week 3 ends with a very routine schedule. I fasted for almost 23 hours; I had leftover burgers from yesterday with some scrambled eggs. It went well with no cravings to fight through. The morning started with a “too quick for my taste” 3-mile run. It was mostly interval sprints done similar to a fartlek style run.
Tomorrow is a work luncheon; this will throw off my fast schedule for at least a day. I will get through it and get back to routine as soon as possible. Most likely this will mean keeping my window open for an extended period. I would prefer to close my meal window around the same time as normal, approximately 4-6pm. This is will help me stay on track the next day and return to the fasting schedule I spent almost 3 weeks trying to build into habit.
