Hump Day

Wednesday started with a 4-mile group run. It was much faster than I am used to, 33:09 was the time, the first 2 miles took 15 minutes, after that we were fortunate enough to slow down some. Overall, I was happy with this, I also did 200 pushups. The cravings today were almost nonexistent. This confirms my suspicion that my body is adjusting to my new schedule. 

My meal was burgers, sausages with eggs and spinach. I had some peanut M&Ms for dessert. I fasted for 20 hours. Tomorrow I would like to do something similar, with a protein heavy meal and some vegetables of some sort before I have any desserts. This is mostly in preparation for this upcoming fitness test. I would like to lean out as much as possible before that time.
