Overall I felt like this was a successful day. I still had cravings around the normal times 1-3pm. outside of that, carvings were minimal. I waited until it was time to break, 4:30pm, to do my run and gym time. This allowed me to push a little deeper into the fast without much effort. I jogged a mile, worked some Abs, Bicep and pushups. Afterwards I broke with a large meat pizza. I finished it and was quite full. The calorie load was a little higher than I would like. Overall, I am happy with the progress of the meal time shift. I believe step 2 will be a tighter focus on the appetite correction. Ensuring that I am not overeating during my meal. This will likely begin this week. I would like to be certain that I am adapted to this new schedule before making any changes. Even if that takes all week. 

Tomorrow my meal should open around 4pm. I would like to be closed by 7pm.
