Rebounds – Day 15


Late Post

Day 15 was so hectic that I barely had time to eat. Definitely no time to write about it afterwards. So here is a late post on how that went. I had plenty of hunger pangs in the morning and afternoon. They seemed most common around 2pm, which is not surprising. This has been a common eating time for months. It may take a few more day to get my appetite to reset off of that window. I was extremely sore so I decided to lay off the workouts for a day or two. I ran 2 miles in the morning to help motivate some guys who were taking a fitness assessment. That was all of the exercise for yesterday. 

I had planned to eat around 4pm, working late caused me to go much later on my fast than planned. I finally broke at 27 hours at 7pm. I did so with a steak from Texas Roadhouse, fries, loaded potato, and rolls as well. I closed at 8:30pm
