Rebounds – Day 7


Summary

Today was light on intense exercise but I still got a workout in. Fast went well, I broke at 23 hours with 2 hamburgers. Then I had a dinner to attend this evening. It was difficult to estimate the serving sizes there so I rounded up to be safe.

Review

Today went as planned, mentally prepping for a longer fast and a longer open window seemed to work well because I no cravings to deal with. I had a morning coffee and some water in the AM. I ran 1 mile followed by a short trip to the gym and a walk back. 

Plan

Tomorrow I have a scheduled lunch at 2. To prepare for this I made sure to close my window today by 6pm. This allows me to get 20 hours prior to breaking. My plan is to workout around lunchtime tomorrow, I will bring a protein shake to break with in route to lunch. The purpose of that is to emphasize protein intake. With a meal at a restaurant it can be difficult to hit protein goals on a traditional menu. So, I will have the shake and possibly some jerky as backup.
